Hi, I'm Coach Tim.

For over 15 years, I've dedicated myself to helping others overcome daunting challenges — addiction, homelessness, and the aftermath of incarceration. Before this, my path led through professional baseball and entrepreneurial ventures, experiences that shaped my understanding of resilience and transformation. Coaching emerged as my true calling, fueled by a desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

With 36 years of marriage and a strong family bond, I cherish the values of commitment, support, and growth. Raised in small-town Oklahoma, my journey has taken me from the baseball field to the streets of New York City and Nashville, enriching my perspective on life's complexities.

I understand the struggle firsthand. From youthful indulgences to confronting personal challenges with alcohol, I've gained profound insights that inform my coaching approach today. It's about more than just overcoming obstacles; it's about thriving and embracing a future filled with promise.

      • sleep—disrupts deep REM sleep, causing sleep deprivation (8 of 10 want better sleep)

      • over 80% of Americans drink.                                                    (Go figure)

Though you may believe otherwise, alcohol actually exacerbates:

    • decision-making ability

    • productivity—by decreasing your energy levels

    Building Emotional Resilience
Mindful drinking fosters emotional resilience by helping you:

    • understand and manage your emotions

    • ability to cope without self-medicating

    • improve your overall emotional well-being and stability.

  • Improved Relationships

Mindful drinking can enable you to begin work in much-needed areas, such as:

    • being present and approachable with those you love

    • not being a “handful” or difficult to be around when buzzed

    • showing you care by being clear-minded and thoughtful

    Better Friendships

Alcohol leads to things happening we wish hadn’t:

    • DUI—these don’t put you on the more-popular list

    • Texts—I can’t believe I said that

    • Conversations—I think I said too much last night

    • Actions—I think I went off again
